This promotion (the "Competition") is operated by Aurra ("we", "us", "our").

Eligibility
- Open to individuals aged 18 or older
- No purchase necessary
- Must provide a valid email address
- Void where prohibited by law

Competition Period
- Starts: April 15, 2026
- Ends: June 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM (local time)

How It Works
- Participants earn points by joining the waitlist and referring others
- Points determine ranking on a public leaderboard
- Rankings are updated periodically

Prizes
Silver Prizes
- The first five (5) eligible participants to reach top leaderboard positions will each receive one (1) 1 oz Silver Canadian Maple Leaf coin
- Each participant may only receive one silver prize
Grand Prize
- The participant ranked #1 at the end of the competition will receive one (1) Gold Canadian Maple Leaf coin

Winner Determination
- Winners are determined based on leaderboard ranking
- In the event of a tie, Aurra reserves the right to determine the winner using fair and reasonable criteria

Prize Delivery
- Prizes will be delivered after product launch
- Winners will be contacted via email
- Failure to respond may result in forfeiture

Fair Use & Fraud
- Any attempt to manipulate the system (fake accounts, bots, self-referrals, etc.) will result in disqualification
- Aurra reserves the right to remove participants at its discretion

Communications
- By entering, you agree to receive emails from Aurra
- You may unsubscribe at any time

Limitation of Liability
Aurra is not responsible for:
- Technical failures
- Lost or delayed entries
- External factors affecting participation

Modifications
Aurra reserves the right to modify or terminate the competition at any time.
